For Employers: We offer a full select, interview & on job assessment prior to sending the candidate forward to you for interview. We visit you in your premises & get to understand the needs & requirements of your individual business. We promise we will not send you any candidate who does not fulfil your criteria. We understand your time is precious & promise not to waste your time with unsuitable candidates. Our rates equate to roughly two weeks salary/wages.* Our aim is to develop long term relationships, with our clients & become a one stop shop for all your recruitment needs.

For Candidates: We offer a free initial consultation & careers advice service. We take you through a detailed & thorough interview & where appropriate complete on OJE, at one of our business’ in order to ensure we are matching the right candidate with the right employer. We promise only to place you with reputable, employers, as we feel confident you will recommend us to your friends & colleagues in the hospitality industry.

Managing Director: Alison Carroll, has over 20 years experience in recruiting & development of people & teams at all levels & has extensive experience of working at senior level for some of the UK’s largest blue chip companies. In addition, she a very clear understanding of the diversity of the hospitality & Leisure industry.

Operations Manager: Frank McAlinden, has an unrivalled career within the Hospitality & Leisure industry, with extensive international experience. He has worked for several major UK restaurant & bar groups and is the owner of three successful restaurants.
He is seasoned hospitality professional, with a keen eye for discovering new talent.

Office Manager: Claire Duncan, has worked for some of the UK’s leading recruiters at senior levels before moving to Belfast with her husband in 2005. She truly knows and understands the recruitment industry and leads a team of dedicated professionals.
